What is NovaGrowth AI?
NovaGrowth AI is a small Calgary, Alberta company that provides an AI receptionist for small service businesses. The receptionist, called Nova, answers your business phone calls and website chats 24/7, answers customer questions about your services, prices and hours, takes the caller's details, and books jobs within rules you set.
How much does NovaGrowth AI cost?
Plans are in Canadian dollars per month: Starter $59 (50 call minutes, 500 chats), Growth $89 (100 call minutes, 1,500 chats, automatic booking) and Pro $129 (200 call minutes, 3,000 chats). Extra call minutes are $25 for 100. There is no setup fee and you can cancel anytime.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every business plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is needed to start; if you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged.
Who is it for?
Small service businesses whose customers call or message to book: snow removal, landscaping and lawn care, cleaning, plumbing and HVAC, contractors, auto repair, salons and barbers, clinics, pet grooming and similar businesses. Snow removal companies are our first focus because storm days bring more calls than a crew can answer.
Do callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. Nova says it is an AI assistant at the start of every call and that the call may be recorded. Nova never pretends to be a person.
Do I need a new phone number or website?
No. You keep your existing number and forward calls you can't answer to your Nova line, and the chat assistant is added to your current website with a small piece of code.
Can Nova book appointments?
On Starter, Nova collects the details and sends you a booking request to approve. On Growth and Pro, Nova can book routine jobs automatically, but only for the services, hours and areas you approve. Direct calendar connection is rolling out now.
What happens if Nova doesn't know an answer?
Nova does not guess. It tells the caller the business will follow up, takes their name, contact details and what they need, and sends that to you.
What happens when my call minutes run out?
Calls go to your own phone or voicemail as usual. You can add 100 extra minutes for $25 at any time.
Where is NovaGrowth AI based and who can use it?
NovaGrowth AI is based in Calgary, Alberta and serves small businesses across Canada. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
How is my customers' information protected?
We collect only what is needed to answer and book, keep each business's data separate, and follow Canadian privacy law (Alberta PIPA and PIPEDA). See the privacy policy for details.
